| | | Synopsis | | The Scottish Play is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. The play is set on a bare stage where a high school drama group has gathered to work on the set for their upcoming production of Macbeth. The students fall into a trance and begin to act out the Macduff-Macbeth confrontation scene with the witches. With the aid of the stage manager, the student director and Ian--the smartest kid in school, the audience is provided with the details regarding the story of Macbeth. |
